Why should I purchase a Home Gym from HomeGymByNet?

If I make a purchase how do I get the unit set-up
in my home?
All of the home gyms purchased through HomeGymByNet are easy to assemble.
The manufacturer's instructions are plainly written and no special tools or
training is needed for assembly. As an alternative to self-assembly, local
fitness service companies, handymen, and some department stores may offer
assembly services in your area.
How Long does it take
to ship my home gym?
When the home gym is in stock,
it will take 3 - 5 business days to prepare the product for shipping.
Actual shipping is done by a freight carrier and usually takes between
7 and 14 business days. Once the home gym leaves our warehouse we have
no control over the delivery time.
If I need service down
the road who should I call?
The warranties on all home gyms cover parts only. We have a service department
that houses some of the parts. As HomeGymByNet carries every major home
gym and there are many parts to each gym, we can only stock a small number
of parts. The fastest way to receive any parts is to contact the manufacturer
directly.

What if I want to return my purchase?
HomeGymByNet guarantees full satisfaction on all products
on this site. If you are not fully satisfied you may return the Gym (in
the original package, freight prepaid) to us for a full refund or credit
(less a 20% restocking fee). No returns will be accepted without prior
written authorization from HomeGymByNet.
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), contact your Sales Representative at 800-762-4237. HGBN will credit your purchase immediately upon receipt of the returned item with an RMA.
To be eligible for a complete refund or credit, you must request an RMA within 10 days of delivery, and all returns must be made using the original packaging in good condition, with freight prepaid. The returned merchandise must be shipped back to HGBN within 10 days of receiving the RMA. You must also prepay shipping charges and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
